Analysis

Color: more or less intense ruby red with garnet hues

Aroma: fruity and distinctive, soft and delicate, it improves and becomes accentuated with aging

Taste: dry, fairly tannic when young, velvety and harmonious taste

Note: it is aged in oak barrels for 13 months, and 6 months in bottle.

Instructions

Serve at 16-18 °C.
It matches very well to white meats and red meats, and mature cheese.
