Quite strong to have been one year of aging and long storage in bottle. Its name derives from the sweetness of the berries which provides a low acidity.
Color: Ruby red with violet reflections
Aroma: fruity wine (plum, blackberry, bitter almond)
Taste: leasantly bitter dry with moderate acidity and good body
The recommended temperature is 16°-18°C. It's matching for white and red meats, and medium-aged cheeses. It also goes well with vegetable appetizers, cold cuts and first courses of the Piedmont tradition (agnolotti, tagliatelle with meat sauce, risotto, vegetable soups)
