Taste: strong and distinctive taste which, after an appropriate period of maturation, shows a roundness and a gratifying harmony. It has a lasting aftertaste.
Note: it is aged in oak barrels for 13 months, and 6 months in bottle.
It matches very well to red meats or wild game meats and mature cheeses. The recommended temperature is 18°-20°C. Good resistance to aging.
