This wine is the product of wine-making methods of Brachetto grapes naturally dried on the vine for about 40 days after the usual date of grape harvest.


Color: garnet

Aroma: quite intense and persistent, it is possible to perceive the primary aroma of Brachetto grapes, together with a bouquet formed during the maturation

Taste: slightly sweet, full, soft and alcoholic. Very lasting aromatic aftertaste


Serve at 16 °C. It matches very well to pastries filled with chocolate, nougat and some mature cheeses.
